Sebastian Giovinco is set to miss Juventus’s game with Udinese and a couple of Italy’s World Cup qualifiers due to an ankle injury.
The Italy forward suffered the ankle twist during his side’s 2-0 win over Parma in their Serie A. He has sustained ligament damage.
Media reports in Italy suggest the player will be out for at least 10-15 days with the match against Genoa a possible date for his return.
Italy begin their 2014 World Cup qualifying campaign against Bulgaria on September 7 and Malta four days later.
