Mario Balotelli has had another clash with boss Roberto Mancini over his lifestyle. The Manchester City striker was left out of the squad for Tuesday’s Champions League defeat at Real Madrid.
Mancini is fed up with Balotelli’s wild ways – including his smoking habit – and is fast losing patience with the maverick Italian.
SuperMario even went to party on the eve of the trip to Madrid. Far from hiding he used social networks to go public. Disrespectful, once more, of his teammates, club discipline and competition since the appointment of the Bernabeu was a chance to showcase their talent.
Mario is letting his footballing father down, who continues to see a guy with potential in Balotelli. A winner and not a destroyer capable of annihilating any millionaire project whatsoever. Man City Poorly defended and played badly, that was the diagnosis of City football but the issue goes far beyond football. Mario’s story of overcoming racism and sadness of a childhood in silence no longer serve as an excuse.
