Barcelona manager, Tito Vilanova has reportedly given Barcelona president, Sandro Rosell his agreement to negotiate the summer transfer of Brazilian superstar forward, Neymar.

According to the Spanish sports daily, ‘Mundo Deportivo’, Vilanova has reserved a place on his 2013-2014 squad for Neymar, after months of rumours. Vilanova has finally notified the club president that he would like to bring the Brazilian international to the Camp Nou.

In the meantime  Santos president, Luis Alvaro de Oliveira stands firm on his position that he will not sell the 20-year-old, and will only allow him to go when his contract expires following the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
