UEFA has given the ten players selected for the honorary title of best player in the European continent for the 2012-2013 season.

Frank Ribery has been decisive for Bayern Munich this season and has won the Champions League, the Bundesliga and the German Cup which makes him a huge favourite to win the award of the best European player

After successively awqarding Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta in the previous two seasons, the prize will be awarded this August 29 by journalists to one of the following players:

Zlatan Ibrahimovic (PSG), Franck Ribery (Bayern), Arjen Robben (Bayern), Thomas Müller (Bayern), Bastian Schweinsteiger (Bayern), Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid) Lionel Messi (FC Barcelona), Robin Van Persie (Manchester United ), Gareth Bale (Tottenham), Robert Lewandowski (Borussia Dortmund)

One can still regret the absence of defenders and goalkeepers but this list gives us a good indication of who could be the next Ballon d’Or? Who do you think will win it?
