Since its release in June, the new pair of Nike shoes Football is the talk of the town. With a brilliantly led marketing hype powered by the very photogenic Barcelona Brazilian star in the making Neymar, the U.S. firm has struck a major blow on the table and hope to make the new football boots HyperVenom a reference .
As an occasional Sunday footballer and marketing lover , I could not resist the temptation and bought myself a pair . First ball hit with HyperVenom yesterday and already I have enough information to make a quick debrief on the product.
# 1 . the movement
Technology is evolving and it is for our benefit. Nike HyperVenom is lighter than the Adidas Nitrocharge but seems more solid (unlike the Cristiano Ronaldo Mercurial that has a reputation for not being too strong … ) . But for the strength , I will make an edict after spending hours and hours on the ground with shoes on … The feeling of lightness is coupled with good stability on the ground . It adheres enough to have good support without ruining the ankles and knees . Special mini- studs favor of course this aspect of it .
With HyperVenom a sensation of speed and acceleration arises ( unless it is purely psychological ? ) .
Lightness + Stability + Speed + Acceleration = Explosion. Here is the magic formula that characterizes the movements associated with HyperVenom .
# 2 . the technique
Ok , there is an improvement in the movement, but what about the technique with the ball ? In short, the touch is good , thanks to the lacing zone shorted: The strike zone is more important . Control , passing, striking the HyperVenom is a good compromise that will appeal to any type of game ( Neymar dribble or Iniesta passing game. Messi him prefers the Adidas Adizero F50. ) . Again , lightness and stability of the shoe can be agile in many positions.

This is probably the most important point for me . A shoe that fits the foot perfectly , light and stable on the ground, with good cushioning , moves with the foot. It’s rare to imagine playing with slippers on first use!
In summary, a good product for a reasonable price (I paid it “only” £60 ) with undeniable qualities even if the shoe will most suitable for an attacker than a defender. It ends with the Nike spot pub which , as always, play perfectly map storytelling with Neymar as a guest .
